Membership is granted for an initial term of twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the Member's Effective Date.
Membership dues constitute an annual financial commitment, regardless of whether the Member elects to pay those dues annually, quarterly, or monthly. A monthly or quarterly payment schedule is a payment option and does not create a month-to-month or quarter-to-quarter membership.
The Member's obligation to pay dues is not dependent upon the Member's frequency of use of the House, attendance at Club activities, participation in programming, or use of any particular membership benefit.
Membership is a twelve-month commitment and may not be terminated by the Member before expiration of the applicable membership term except with the written approval of Frontier House DC or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Frontier House DC may, in its discretion, approve an early termination because of medical circumstances or other extraordinary circumstances.
Unless Frontier House DC approves an early termination, or applicable law requires otherwise, the Member remains responsible for dues payable for the remainder of the applicable membership term.
Following the initial twelve-month term, Membership will automatically renew for successive twelve (12)-month terms unless either the Member or Frontier House DC provides notice of non-renewal.
A Member must provide notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the applicable renewal date using a cancellation or non-renewal method made available by Frontier House DC.
Frontier House DC will provide any renewal notices required by applicable law, including any required information concerning the renewal term, applicable dues, cancellation deadline, and available cancellation method.
Membership categories, dues, eligibility, privileges, and other membership terms applicable to a renewal term may be updated by Frontier House DC. Any dues applicable to the Member's upcoming renewal term will be communicated before the renewal becomes effective.
The Member authorizes Frontier House DC and its designated payment processor to charge the payment method maintained on file for amounts properly due in connection with the Member's membership, including applicable initiation fees, membership dues, approved Member charges, applicable taxes, and past-due amounts.
Charges may be processed according to the payment schedule selected by the Member.
This payment authorization remains effective while amounts remain properly due under the Member's membership agreement, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
Frontier House DC is a private social club organized under Section 501(c)(7).
