Execution

Frontier House operates out of a restored 1905 Federal-style townhome, serving as the physical and cultural anchor for the club’s social activities. The space is designed to support member-hosted events, informal gatherings, and community-building functions that reflect the interests and values of the membership.

Member Services and Amenities Include:

  • Clubhouse Access: Members have access to the Grand Living Room, Board Room, and Outdoor Patio for private social use, informal gatherings, and member-organized events.

  • Private Social Calendar: The club hosts a curated calendar of social events throughout the year, including receptions, off-the-record conversations, and seasonal gatherings, all held for the exclusive benefit of members.

  • Event Hosting Privileges: Members may reserve the house for private, member-sponsored functions (up to 100 guests), subject to club guidelines and availability.

  • Hospitality Support: Members may request optional staffing services such as bartenders, servers, or audiovisual support, as well as catering coordination tailored to member preferences.

  • Convenience Amenities: For members using the house, practical tools such as Wi-Fi, printers, and chargers are provided for comfort and convenience.

Discreet Community: Membership is selective and by invitation only. All members agree to uphold a culture of trust, respect, and shared values. The club is member-governed and operates for the benefit of its community—not the public.

Membership dues at Frontier House are intentionally structured to reflect the values and composition of our community. Recognizing that many of our members are early-stage founders, technologists, and civic-minded investors navigating the earliest, and often most volatile stages of their journey, our pricing model is designed to ensure that participation remains accessible without compromising the integrity, exclusivity, or operational excellence of the club.

The dues structure tiers membership based on professional context, with preferential rates for individuals at the seed and early stages of company-building or public service. This approach helps sustain a diverse, dynamic, and mission-aligned membership, ensuring that those who most benefit from shared relationships, proximity, and trust can engage fully. Frontier House is not a commercial accelerator or public program; it is a private community built around values, not transactions. Members are not purchasing services or access, they are joining a trusted environment built for connection, fellowship, and shared purpose in the heart of Washington, D.C.
